Time to paint again
Next weekend, Lance and I are painting the hallway, entryway and living room, which all pretty much encompass the main area of the house.
I'm actually sampling a paint color this time before I buy. Should've done that in the kitchen, but I ended up loving the color that I chose. Lance, not so much.
So this time, I looked at the color swatches online at behr.com. Found a nice color that I thought would look neutral enough - Creme Brulee. It looked like a very light tan.
But when we looked at the actual color card today, it was more of a cream color. No brown tone in it at all. Too neutral, if you ask me.
So we looked at the second color on the color card, Castle Stone. It's a light brown. Still pretty neutral, but will give a little life to the room.
And now I have a little jar of it to paint in various spots on the wall to see how it'll look in the light.
