What Fools These Mortals Be

It's getting late, but it's still April Fool's Day here.

So, in honor of the occasion, I bring you The Top 100 April Fool's Day Hoaxes Of All Time.

There's some stupid funny stuff here. Proof that some people really will fall for anything.

Sadly, the great Space Needle hoax of 1989 isn't included on the list (a local news show reported that the Space Needle fell over, and even labeled their footage as an April Fool's joke, yet it caused widespread panic throughout the Puget Sound area).

Anyway, the work day was filled with such tomfoolery all day today. I was too busy to really enjoy it, however. We had riddles emailed to us all day but I barely had time to give them a glance.

Anyhoo...

It's April, and lots of good stuff is going on this month. Unfortunately, I don't have the money.

There is a George Winston concert here in Kent 3 weeks from today. I love his music...have loved it for years. And I would definitely cough up the money for a ticket, but I think I would be going alone.

And then, there is this:

Oh my God! I want to go soooooooooo bad. I think it would be an amazing experience.

But again...$$$.

I hope Lance can pin down a date tomorrow in roughly 2 weeks or so, so I can ask for the same day off and we can go tiptoe through the tulips around the Skagit Valley. I just hope the weather improves by then.
