This makes me sad
The very first Wendy's restaurant is closing.
I've eaten there a few times. It's a Columbus landmark. There were field trips to COSI...both with Girl Scouts and school. And trips with the parents. And more often than not, those trips would also involve a walk across the street to eat at this Wendy's.
I haven't even been to the new COSI (which isn't really new now). For one thing, it's more of a kid-oriented place. For another thing, it's just not the same without the Wendy's. The two things go together, at least in my mind.
