Go cardio!

I just downloaded a metric crap ton of Michael Jackson songs. And I started listening. And jamming. And Reece got involved and started getting riled up. And I danced with her. And I grabbed her toys and threw them around so she could fetch. And we're chasing each other around the house.

YAY workout! Weird, but it gets up the heart rate. :)
