It's chilly. It's rainy. I had frozen blueberries and 2 new Wilton muffin pans that have never been broken in.

Therefore, blueberry muffins.

Just took them out of the oven. I'm about to have 2 for lunch with a cup of cottage cheese.

ETA: Wow...the muffins easily fell out of the pan when I flipped the pan over. I didn't have to pry them out as I did with my old muffin tins.

They were good, but I might have overmixed the batter a little. Easy to do when you mix the batter and then fold in blueberries, which requires you to mix some more.

They weren't quite perfect looking, anyway. Not golden brown enough for me, but they were still baked all the way through.
