Like you said, at least they tried... That last touchdown with 3:00 left in the game was all about saving face and I respect them for that. The other thing to remember is that LSU was an amazing team this year. OSU made it to the NC because everyone else failed miserably, and while it LOOKS like LSU did it the same way, they still had a very very good season. It just wasn't OSU's year. Hopefully they'll do better next year. BEAT MICHIGAN!
It also seemed to me that LSU didn't try very hard to prevent our last touchdown, as if they were giving us sympathy points. But maybe it just seemed that way to me because I was so frustrated by that point.
