Dear Ohio,
I am sorry for your raging blizzard. I know how sick you must be of winter by now.

My mom sent pictures of how bad things are. My friend is trapped in her house because she can't clear the driveway enough to get her car out.

And here, I am texting her about how we are mowing the lawn today.

Ohio...you will always be my home. But I'm glad I left you.

Personally, I would like to thank Ohio for catching most of the snow before it could make it over here. So yeah... Thanks, Ohio!

Well, at least it happened over the weekend. My parents are hunkered down with lots of firewood and copious amounts of wine...the only way to survive this weather, IMHO.

Portsmouth (southern Ohio) missed most of it! Luckily, we have a covering of uranium and radiation to keep us warm. However, my family is definitely snowed-in in Chillicothe and Columbus.
