I might be able to get next Monday off work. If so, I will probably go with my brother and his family to the Pacific Science Center downtown. We were just talking about it. They have an exhibit there right now that I would be interested in seeing. And if we're going downtown anyway, we might as well visit a few other places. We would be right by the Space Needle.

I have to look at transportation options, because from what I understand, parking is a nightmare downtown.

Looks like I am going to Portland with them too. We don't have a hotel yet. And I'm dropping Reece off at doggie daycamp tomorrow, so I'll ask them about boarding her for one night. Lance can go to Portland with us because he'll come home Saturday morning at the latest, and my brother said it would be fine to wait for him before we leave.

Anyway, off to do a little research on both these things.

Lance is using the steam vac right now. The carpet smells really good.

What kind of stuff are you going to want to do in Portland? I can give you a few good ideas depending on what.

We're going to be on my brother's agenda pretty much, since he's scoping out Portland as a possible relocation spot. So I can't say for sure what we're doing. We'll probably play it by ear because like me, he doesn't generally like to have a set itinerary.
