prosodicMy mouth feels weird. I can't get used to these fillings. And my teeth are really sensitive right now.
I was asked before they started doing the fillings if I wanted to watch a movie. They didn't have a great selection, but they had Sex and the City, so I asked to watch that. I put on my headphones and tried not to pay too much attention to what the dentist was doing.
But the film, as I should've known, was too distracting. The dentist kept looking up at the TV every time there was a small pause between the fillings. Not to mention, it's probably not the best movie to show at a family dental clinic. The rooms are open, the TV screen was facing the hallway, and anybody could see it.
Anyway...after the dentist, I stopped at Sharis, which was across the street, and ordered a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving.
Came home...we went to McChord and got our grocery shopping done. Already picked up some stuff for Thanksgiving, including the turkey (got a breast, not a whole turkey).
Now we're watching The DaVinci Code and Lance should be packing up this evening and getting ready to go to Oklahoma.
