Thanksgiving Dilemma
Nov. 25th, 2008 06:49 amI have two turkey breasts taking up an entire shelf in my fridge. It's thawing time! (I almost dropped the heavy one on my foot, which would've been ironic, considering that I joked with Sigga that it's so busy at work today that I plan to be in the hospital...and I would've had to go to the ER if I had dropped it.)
And everything else in my fridge takes up all the other shelves.
I have no idea how I'll find the space for the side dishes I am making ahead tomorrow.
By the way, I was only going to cook one turkey breast, but a couple of co-workers told me I should make both. Just to be on the safe side. And if there are a lot of leftovers, they can always be frozen.
