Oil & Vinegar

prosodicI think I've mentioned Oil & Vinegar multiple times on my Live Journal. It was one of my favorite stores in Aachen, but there were locations elsewhere in Europe. Whenever I saw one, I would stop in. Some of their stuff was a bit spendy, but I loved their bruschetta dip mix, and then found something that tasted almost identical (and was much cheaper) at a discount retail chain in the Netherlands and Germany.
There is one here in the Seattle area! I wouldn't even have thought to look, but last night at The Red House, a woman walked in carrying an Oil & Vinegar bag.
YES! Must stop by next time I'm up in Bellevue. I'm surprised there isn't a location in downtown Seattle somewhere, near Pike Place Market, say. But there are already stores in that area that sell similar types of stuff.
I know there is a LUSH in town too, but since I no longer have a good soaking tub, I am no longer feeling the LUSH love.
