prosodicI have an extra $21 on my paycheck! That's more than I was expecting. I know that federal withholding has gone down and I've discussed this several times already with my clients, who are curious about the new tax tables. But I gave little thought to how it would affect my own check, and now I know.
So that extra money can help...a little more in my savings or IRA. A little more paid toward our debt. It's all good.
Today I'm having lunch with one of my former co-workers. It'll be good to see her again. We're going to Baja Fresh.
Today is also a good day to get caught up on projects at work. I have one phone call scheduled for today. That's it. Just one. For payroll anyway. I have a conference call this morning with one of my clients, but that's about another matter entirely.
I got an interesting prospect in my email this morning...just the sort of opportunity that I've been waiting for. I'll look into it a little more tonight. Yeah, cryptic, I know.
