prosodicIt just occurred to me (because I obviously wouldn't know anything about this) that pregnant women cannot eat certain cheeses, and therefore, I have to be very selective about what to buy for this cheese tray I'm bringing to the potluck.
No soft cheeses, right? It's safe as long as it's made with pasteurized cheese.
Just to be on the safe side, can I get suggestions for cheeses to bring? Something aside from the usual cheddar, monterey jack, swiss, etc. etc. that you can get in block form at the local grocery? I'm looking for specialty cheese. I'll probably get a couple different types. I'm thinking brie and camembert are out.
