Tummy Troubles, or The Fremont Oktoberfest that wasn't meant to be

We were planning to spend the afternoon at Fremont. We drove there, got to Lance's friend's house...hung out with him and his friends for a little bit, and then decided to make our way down to Oktoberfest and meet up with them later.



Reece got horribly sick. First she puked three times and then she had diarrhea right next to the Vladimir Lenin statue in front of Taco Del Mar (amusingly ironic, but also mortifying and gross, especially as people were eating outside nearby). We did our best to clean up everything, but there is only so much you can do, as there is nothing solid to pick up with the plastic bags.

Needless to say, Oktoberfest didn't happen. We immediately turned around and walked back to the car and went home. Reece has been resting since. She must really be sick, even though she has had no further attacks since then.

So...we're home now. Lance has beer in the fridge. I decided to make tacos, so I ran to the grocery store for sour cream and tomatoes and picked up some raspberry ale for myself.

My poor puppy. I feel so bad for her. She seemed fine all day...and then this happened out of nowhere.

She's ok now, I think. Hasn't been sick since then and even wanted to play earlier.
