So one of my favorite breakfasts is a prepared packet of instant oatmeal (regular flavor) with 2 TBSP. of reduced fat peanut butter stirred in, and enough sweetener to make it tasty. It almost tastes like having a peanut butter cookie in a bowl. Plus it's got all that good-for-you fiber and protein and such.

For lunch today, I am having Cream of Wheat. I have a little powdered chai drink mix left over that wasn't enough to make a full cup of chai, so I added that in for a little flavor. It's not really enough to flavor it well, but at least I have a hint of what it might taste like if I'd put in a full 3 TBSP. I think it would be good.

Still, it's no substitute for Coco Wheats, which I adored as a child.
