Dear Moving Company
Jan. 30th, 2008 08:14 pmLance and I had the understanding that you were a full-service moving company which was supposed to cater to the needs of the military community. As such, you not only delivered our household goods, but you are also supposed to pick up the boxes and packing paper when we're done.
Well, we are none too pleased with you deeming Kent as being too remote to bother with coming out to pick up all the boxes. You advised us to get rid of them ourselves.
We can...there is craigslist after all, and there are always people who need boxes. But that is so not the point.
The point is that we shouldn't have to do this. This is a service YOU are supposed to provide, and American tax dollars pay for it.
