Blah Monday...

Almost time for Lance to go back to the airport. *sigh*

But if all goes well (*fingers crossed*), he'll be home for good in a little over a week.

Anyway, it was fun while it lasted. Going to work today is really going to suck.

But honestly...we both REALLY REALLY needed this time together. I've been struggling with some things and so has he, and it's much more comforting to go through it together and talk it through together instead of having to discuss things on the phone.

I am sick. It feels like someone has been kicking me repeatedly in the stomach all day.

I can't be online much at all. It's too uncomfortable to do anything other than lay down.

Lance is back in OKC. It's almost like he was never here at all.

I passed my second quiz at work today, which surprised me, because the material it covered was particularly difficult and made me want to stab out my brain in frustration. And also, I was sick. It makes it hard to really focus on anything else.

Right now, I'm just trying to coordinate schedules with Mom and Rob so I can get them out here the weekend after Labor Day. I just need to find out if I'll be able to cash in my frequent flyer miles for that purpose. I missed the window of opportunity to call the airline today, so I sent them an email. I just need to know if I can use my miles that weekend and if I'll have to pay anything out of pocket. I shouldn't have to, but who knows...airlines keep changing things all the time.

I'm cold. Time to go bury myself under the blankets again.
