Thanks for the suggestions. I went with this one because it was on sale at Macy's and it had really good reviews. I almost went to IKEA.

I am breaking it in right now. Just waiting for the water to come to a boil (making macaroni & cheese, as it's Lance's cheat day and he requested it). It's not taking long at all. So far, so good.
