Doggie Mommy Fun

Reece stepped in a wad of gum during our walk. I noticed it at some point, and stopped our walk once I found a stick. I scraped off a good bit of it, but Reece wouldn't really let me do a thorough job or anything.

So...once we got home, I got out the bath wipes. She laid down on her side and let me work on her foot. The gum was in between her paw pads and everything...a huge mess. I was pulling out fur while I was removing gum, it and was obviously uncomfortable for her. Not that it was any picnic for me either.

And then she kicked me in the face. How's that for gratitude? :P
