I have nothing to read! I only have 2 novels in the house, and I just read both of them during the Washington trip. The other book I have is a career-related advice book, which I'm not finding particularly useful, so I'm not really reading it.

And I have a few magazines, which I've already read.

GAH!!!!!! I miss my books!

If you don't mind reading online there's Page By Page Books and Bibliomania. I find these pages great for those "bored at work" days. Of course, it is hard to cozy up with a laptop!

Well, I bought a couple paperbacks at the Bookmark today, but they're both short (and one is Dickens' Christmas Carol, which I've read several times, but never managed to keep a copy). So I'm good for the time being.

I could make use of the library, but since we'll be down to only one car as of Monday, it will make getting the library kind of difficult. I am seriously entertaining the thought of reading books online, or appealing to the ladies in my book club to borrow their books to get me through the next few weeks.

The Other Boleyn Girl was fabulous! I can't wait for the movie to come out! That was my second Philippa Gregory novel, and I want to read more!

I was sleepy and got the title wrong oops *heh* I just finished reading another of her novels - The Queen's Fool about live in Queen Mary's court and the early days of Queen Elizabeth's reign. I think I liked it more than The Other Boleyn Girl because it was told from an outsiders point of view, someone not used to the royal court life.

Have you read The Virgin's Lover? I plan to re-read it soon, because it's been a couple of years and I was extremely ill with bronchitis when I read it, so my memory of it is spotty. But I enjoyed it a lot. That much I remember, at least.
