Azura is home and tucked in for the night. Isn't she pretty? It's hard to tell the actual color...it's only turquoise if the light hits it just right. On sunny days, it's a real thing of beauty.

I had about 40 miles to drive from the dealership to home, mostly freeway. Took it as easy as I could, which was hard for me, because I tend to be pretty brutal to cars. But I used the cruise control for a great deal of the way and I was one of the slowest cars on I-5. Heh. I went right at the speed limit the entire way home.

(Azura, by the way, came from an Italian woman I knew by that name...I always thought it was pretty, and it's the color of my car.)

It's an amazing car. It has a rain sensor, so it adjusts the wiper speed accordingly. Awesome. I made a crack to my parents that on top of the heated leather seats, moon roof, and Bose stereo system with 6 CD changer, it also makes espresso. Of course it doesn't, but it wouldn't be outside the realm of possibility in Seattle.

Lance just got home with Papa John's. We stopped at Panera on the way so that I could eat (they got rid of Crispanis, so Lance had nothing to order), so I guess I'll have some for lunch tomorrow.

I'm all about turquoise these days. I'm not sure why. It's just suddenly become my favorite color or something.

I love your car color and the name you picked. Very nice!! It looks swell!!
What do you think of Papa Johns? I don't like them. I only went to Panera's once here. Very good. They are pretty new in the Northwest.

I like Papa John's, but it had been about 4 years or so since I even had any, so I totally forgot how it tasted. I also think that it's hit or miss with them, because the one in Oxford started making very poor pizzas about halfway through my time in grad school, and we switched to another pizza place because of it.

And I love Panera Bread. Although the soup I had there last night upset my stomach. Too spicy.
