prosodicI don't usually exercise at night, but I'm telling you, I slept so well after my workout last night. I was nodding off on the couch before 11, and moved into the bedroom and fell asleep pretty quickly and then slept a very deep sleep. I only woke up a couple of times, but immediately fell back to sleep.
I think I got almost 9 hours last night, and it could've been more, but I had to get up to put our United Cerebral Palsy donations out on the curb for pick-up.
I would love to do the Susan G. Komen 3-day walk for breast cancer that will be taking place here in Seattle in September. I need a fitness goal to work toward. But I think it would be difficult to do once I have a job.
Speaking of which...job interview today at 1.
Still need a print out a copy of my resume.
