prosodicLance won Operations Group NCO of the Quarter.
Whatever plaque/certificate he gets for that will look very nice next to the System Technician of the Year award he got recently in GK. That plaque came in the mail on Friday afternoon.
Once again, he is astonished that he got this award. But I'm not surprised. He does his job and he does it well. He's extremely dedicated. And people notice that.
