I haven't done much of anything today, and it's been nice.

I worked out in the fitness room this morning, but otherwise, I've mostly lounged around all day. Did a lot of reading and some homework, but I'm really stuck on the homework right now since my calculations aren't adding up, so I don't think I can do anything more until I either compare notes with someone or until we go over the homework in class tomorrow. The entire homework assignment is pretty wonky and I'm not the only one who is getting the calculations wrong. Everyone I've talked to about it seems pretty confused.

I went to Borders for awhile. I wanted to ensure that I had books to read on the flight home, and I bought 2 books (buy one, get one half off), so I have insurance now of not being sans reading material. The book I'm reading now will likely be finished by Friday. I'm sucked in.

Also went to the grocery store. I didn't want to go...the person I was with did. So we stopped there and I saw some Cadbury's, which I was looking for yesterday in Canada and couldn't find. So I picked up a couple of dark chocolate bars. They will go in the pantry at home, saved and savored for awhile.

I also saw some sticky toffee pudding flavored ice cream while I was there. Very VERY tempted. But I avoided it. I already have a pint of Ben & Jerry's Light Chocolate Fudge Brownie in my freezer.

And I needed White-Out. Random, but I'm making a lot of mistakes on my homework and in my notes. And I don't like things to look sloppy.

Anyway, I am so done with this place. I am ready to leave. Of course, I have been ready to leave pretty much since I got here. Had a taste of home today...got a chai at the Seattle's Best Coffee inside Borders. Otherwise, there is absolutely no comparison between this place and home.

I just calculated how much I have left (approximately) on the Visa gift card I got to cover my expenses. I haven't even spent half of it yet. Looks like I might be coming home with some.
