Ah...butterflies. Time to take my anti-anxiety medication. I am absolutely stricken with terror this morning at the thought of speaking to clients on the phone. I really wish I could be a person who strictly processes payrolls via fax or email. What makes the nervousness even worse is that either my supervisor or the team leader want to sit next to me with a splitter and a headset, listening to my phone calls. I really hate it when people look over my shoulder, so to speak.

For those of you on Facebook, if you see me post really weird/specific messages, that's because most of my classmates from Rochester are on Facebook, and we're trying to encourage and support each other today, since we're all going through this same thing.

Lance and I had a laugh this morning because it's been so chilly here the past few days and then suddenly, when he leaves for Oklahoma City on Wednesday, the temps are going to get into the mid-80's. And then the day he gets back, it gets cool again. He doesn't mind because he hates hot weather. And it's actually supposed to be cooler in OKC than it is here, if you can believe it.

Me...I'm just thrilled that we're supposed to have a few days that feel like summer. I've been freezing my butt off for far too long.

Oh, and about the 10 pound weight gain when I got back to Seattle...I'm down 2 now, so I think some of that was indeed water weight. I hope I keep losing a pound a day for the next few days. But I've improved my eating by leaps and bounds since I've been back. And I'm trying to squeeze in exercise with all the million other things that are going on.

And although I doubt she'll ever see this...queendisko, I'm thinking of you.
