After taking several practice tests for level 4 and failing them all...

I took the real test today and rocked it!

100%!!! Woohoo!!!

I get a raise. And since I have my 6 month review on Thursday as well, I'll get a raise with that. It's meant to be that way, because level 4 is supposed to take place at the 6 month mark, and provided the timing is right (which it is, in my case), those raises are combined.
