This is so surreal. I mean, four years ago, I heard Barack Obama give a speech at the Democratic National Convention, in support of John Kerry. I looked at Lance and said, "That man will be president someday."

Someday. Four years later.

Amazing. Unbelievable. Tonight, I have never loved my country more and have never been prouder to be an American.

And since McCain just gave his concession speech, it is really starting to sink in now.

Wow. I am stunned.

And yes, for those of you who are on Facebook, I did, literally, bootydance.

I think some alcohol would definitely add to the celebration. I just don't want a monster headache.

Damn, I really wish I didn't have to work tomorrow.

It was the last beer. A dunce - I completely forgot to buy a bottle of wine for tonight to celebrate (although I was fearful there may not have been a cause for it) ...but one drink was enough ...it was a left over Lager I bought for that recipe I just posted the other day that called for Lagers - LOL.
