I took this chicken pot pie recipe...
...and used leftover Thanksgiving turkey (which had been in the freezer, of course).
...and used a can of crescent rolls on top instead of pie crust (it also baked in less time too).
...and added a bit of sage to the chicken/veggie mix, and sprinkled the crust with garlic powder and parsley flakes
I didn't really measure anything either. I just kind of estimated.
Anyway, it was AWESOME. So so SOOOOOOOOO good. And relatively healthy, with the reduced fat cream cheese, dressing and crescent rolls. And so easy to throw together.
Will definitely be making this again.
