prosodicI think a plow finally came down our street at some point today. It only took about 2 weeks! And it's all going to melt over the weekend anyway, since the temps are supposed to climb into the 40's.
So let's see...roughly 3 more years here. This was the first time in 20 years that it's snowed this bad in Seattle. Hopefully the odds are against us seeing this type of weather again.
Today is barely worth a mention, except that Lance was sweet enough to take me to work and pick me up. And this evening, we reheated some leftovers (good stuff) and I baked some garlic bread and we watched Hancock, which I liked. And then I followed that up with 2 episodes from season 1 of The Tudors.
This evening has been all about relaxing. In fact, I had a couple glasses of wine (large wine glasses) and I'm more than just a little drunk right now. Typing is a smidge difficult.
I've had a rough ride today emotionally. I'm at a very bad place right now and I'm really struggling. I need to spend some time this weekend thinking about what I really want for myself in the coming year, and coming up with a plan to go out and get it.
