prosodicToday was all in all...not too shabby.
Got a lot of tedious stuff done today. Felt good to get some of that stuff out of the way. It's been hanging over my head for months.
We had a pizza party at lunch. Though I'm not a huge fan of Pizza Hut, but hey...free pizza!
Picked up Reece after work and headed to Rich and Kathy's, where Kathy cooked up a great meal of country style ribs, au gratin potatoes, coleslaw, rolls and chocolate chip cookies. I got home about an hour or so ago, took a quick shower, and then Lance called.
His flight was cut short today due to a loss of pressure in the cabin. His flight today will likely not count toward the 5 flights he needs to complete before he can come home. This would've been flight #4. So a Saturday homecoming does not look likely at this point.
I'm bummed about it, but what can I do? Lance will be able to confirm with me tomorrow.

godchick at Bahama Breeze for dinner. Then I'll come home and watch a movie and ease into my weekend.
