One of my friends committed suicide last night.

I'm in shock right now. I just can't wrap my head around this. She posted a suicide note on Facebook, but I had hoped beyond hope that she was just venting and that she would feel better after she got it out of her system.

Her husband confirmed to a mutual friend last night that she killed herself.

I'm shaking right now. It's hard to type this.

We weren't super close. We went through training together at Paychex corporate in Rochester a year ago, and we've stayed in touch since. I just wish she would've realized that she had people she could've turned to. Things didn't have to come to this.
