prosodicI've been taking Reece to doggie daycamp all week, and I usually take her on Fridays, so I set the alarm for 5:30 this morning with the expectation that I would be dropping her off there again this morning. That's my usual Friday thing: drop Reece off, stop at Starbucks for my Friday latte, go to work.
I didn't sleep all that well last night either.
Lance stayed in bed until 6. When he got up, he asked me why the alarm went off so early. I told him that I always get up half an hour earlier when I have to drop Reece off.
He reminded me that she's not scheduled for camp today.
Oh damn. I got up early for nothing. *sigh*
Guess I'll be half asleep at work. But it's not as if I haven't already checked out of that place anyway. I'm pretty much just a body in a chair, going through the motions.
