I've overdosed on food porn over this long long weekend. Between Wild Wheat on Sunday and Pizzeria Fondi yesterday...sensory overload. I had to trash up dinner.

Therefore, sloppy joes. And because I couldn't be bothered with cooking a side dish, we had tortilla chips and applesauce.

Lance is now off getting more computer parts (I fear I will not see much of him until this damn computer is built, since he's always off buying parts for it). Reece and I are still cooped up here at home. She's doing better...well enough that we took a short walk early this afternoon.

I'm okay with being cooped up though. I've been so busy the past 5 days that I've scarcely had time to relax. I'm okay with that too. It's been a pretty good 5 days.

Made good progress on my writing project today. I think I'll read tonight. I have several unread books hanging out on my shelf.

I don't want to go back to that place tomorrow...or ever. Six more days.

I have all next week of work before my last 4 days there in June and I'm not sure what I'll do with myself! I have 6 more days there too and was hoping to be done May 29th but the person I'm training is taking all next week off so they told me not to come in. *heh*

I've already checked out mentally, for the most part. I have just enjoyed not being there so much this week, that it's hard to go back. Thankfully, the next 2 days are relatively slow. Next week, however...eeeeek!
