There were severe storms in northern Oregon/southern Washington, but the weatherman on the local news said we wouldn't get them up here.
I'm not so sure.
Around half an hour ago or so, I decided to take Reece for a quick walk. It had cooled down enough and we were both getting a bit stir-crazy. She's been lazing around all day bored out of her mind. I've been much the same.
The wind really picked up while we were out. This is how wind picks up before a severe thunderstorm hits. I know this wind. It's not something we see much of here.
It would be really cool though. I would dig a thunderstorm right about now.
I have all the windows open and the cool breeze is blowing in. It feels really good. It's now 78 degrees in the house - warmer than it is outside - but the wind is cooling it off fast.
