prosodicI know I was saying a couple weeks ago that I wanted real summer weather.
However, I didn't mean 96 degrees for next Saturday.
Which means it will probably get to about mid-80s inside the house.
And it also means that the arts festival in Auburn is probably out. I remember when we had a day that hot last year and we went out with Reece to the dog park and I ended up getting heatstroke or some such thing. I was dizzy and nauseous and almost blacked out. I felt better after eating something very slowly, drinking a lot of fluids, and taking a nap.
As much as I hate air conditioning, there are some days that I miss it.
Anyway, Reece and I are about to go out here for a bit and meet up with Farlis and her dog for a walk. I'm not particularly hungry, but I better eat a little something before going out. I had a late breakfast. I think I'll just have a small bowl of cereal or something before we go.
