Meme, day 8 - final day

Lance came home unexpectedly for lunch, which was a happy surprise. He brought home the lunch he packed, and we sat together at the kitchen table (rare, because we usually eat on TV trays in the living room) and had our respective lunches. It was nice. I wish he could do that more often. Reece was begging at the table, but I gave her a piece of my apple and she left us alone for a few minutes.
Otherwise, it's been...well, Monday. Did not sleep well last night at all, so I woke up groggy. It took awhile to shake out the cobwebs. But I'm trying to be productive. I got more work done this morning than I had planned. Not too bad. I just need to finish up the reading assignment for my tech writing class tonight.
It's chilly and breezy outside. Actually, I think it's only chilly because it is breezy...the temps are in the low '60s, which isn't bad at all. It just feels colder because of the wind. But I suppose at some point today I need to get out for a walk with Reece.
Again, not tagging anyone for the meme today. Only one person I tagged actually did it anyway, so whoever wants to do it is welcome to it.
