Because today has been glorious.

It was in the upper 50s and sunny, so we did what one does in the Seattle area when it's in the upper 50s and sunny - we went to the beach.

Alki Beach, to be exact.

Long walk, beautiful views, sharing french fries from Spud Fish & Chips.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh. Happy day!

I don't miss snow and cold. Nope. I am quite happy to be here right now.

Believe me, days like today make me so grateful that we live here. I always want to live close to water (and being near mountains is also very nice...the best of both worlds).

I'm really going to miss this place when we leave. Seattle is an area of stunning and almost unreal beauty, especially in regards to the mountain views.
