I posted a short piece I wrote on Good Reads, and I mentioned that I submitted it to International Living, but it never got a response. I got this message today:

From one fellow writer to another, you have to keep resubmitting your work--it's good! Have you tried Budget Travel? I think they accept freelance articles. Google them and check out their submission policy.

If Budget Travel accepts pieces that short, I may just send it their way. If not...well, I'll find a market for it somewhere.
