Yeah...our agent started stapling it up, but I pulled out my camera and said we needed to have a photo of this moment. So then he handed Lance the stapler and grabbed my camera. It was definitely a thrilling moment for me. It was frustrating that agents continued to show the house after we bought it, because the "For Sale" sign was still up for a few days afterwards. I'm glad we got to see the Sold sign on it before we left.
