I am not thankful for Live Journal today

prosodicI keep trying to change the layout, and it will not let me. I was playing around with it, because some layouts would take and others wouldn't, and now I seem to be stuck with the current one, which wasn't what I had in mind.

Anyway, I have meatballs/cocktail weenies slow cooking on the stove right now. ( ETA: Well, not exactly. Despite the fact that I set the burner on 2 and the highest setting is 9, it's already boiling after half an hour. Oops. Too early. I was going for a gentle all-day simmer. Ah...I miss my crockpot.)
I hurt my wrist pretty badly this morning because I'm a klutz. All in all, it hasn't been a stellar day so far. At least the weather is fair...it's dry and mild.
