I believe that this is where Ruth, her sister, and myself are lunching tomorrow.

What should I order? Hmmmm. I can't handle very spicy food, so I suppose it should be something a bit milder. Satay is usually a safe bet, but I want to try something new.

I'm really looking forward to tomorrow. And hopefully there will be something positive for us to celebrate! Even if it's just that the interview went well. I am not expecting to hear one way or the other today.

I just spent the past 20-30 minutes unpacking a few more boxes in the guest room. The room is so tiny as it is...the bed pretty much takes up the entire room, and it's only a full-size. There is enough space left for a small nightstand on one side, and my small former desk, which is where we have a small TV as well as the wireless internet hook-up.

I unpacked 3 boxes - mostly books and the last box had a pedestal fan. There is one more box to unpack and that is some of Lance's professional books and stuff, so I need to let him handle that. Then with all the boxes cleared away, I can begin to make some sense of organizing the closet. The guest room closet is our extra storage space, and right now we have luggage exploding out of there, and other odds and ends.

All I know is, Lance is supposed to leave for training here soon, and he's supposed to be gone anywhere from one to two months. And the house is still in disarray and I don't feel good about it. And we don't have places to put things because we still have tons of empty boxes and packing paper laying around (mostly in the garage) and we have to call the moving company to pick that up. And we can't call them until everything is unpacked. But we can't unpack everything until we have a place to put it...

You see why I'm frustrated?

I actually want the moving company to come pick up the stuff now, and anything that's left (there won't be too much) can be put out with the recycling. Our garage is also overtaken by a bunch of stuff that needs to go to Goodwill, and there is really nothing stopping us from taking that stuff there right now. We just need to assemble the new dining table first and disassemble the old one.

I love Thaifood but since I had to go Glutenfree I can only eat it when I cook it from scratch and use glutenfree products (fish & soy sauce contain gluten)

I would order the Lemongrass Pork (i love lemongrass!) or the Tom Yum Soup. I normally stay away from noodle dishes since they are so fatty. And I have learned how to cook them from scratch in school and was shocked when I saw how much oil the instructer really wanted me to use for one order (about 1/3 cup!)
