Just a reminder to myself
Feb. 13th, 2008 08:41 amSince I never got a datebook for this year, nor have I really needed one up to now.
Appt. with Dr. Stroud at 11:15 AM Friday.
This is to discuss whether I want to stay on the anti-anxiety meds or not. I am thinking no. They really aren't doing anything for me at all. Of course, I stopped taking them during the day because they were making me feel kind of dizzy and light-headed. Well, I don't know that it was the meds specifically. I noticed it on the mornings when I had to be at the helljob at 4 or 5 am, and went a few hours without eating. So low blood sugar could've been the real cause of that. But when I stopped taking that pill, I didn't have that problem again. So who knows?
And I would never have had this appointment if Target hadn't called my doctor's office, asking if they wanted to renew my refill on this medication.
What kind of weird medical care is this? So different from what I'm used to... Pharmacies actually calling me to tell me that my refills are ready...the doctor's office actually calling me to schedule an appointment. So. Very. Odd. And quite refreshing, I must say.
While I'm there...get social security number thing fixed so I don't have to go through this stupid issue with Tricare again. Oh...and schedule mammogram.

Jobs applied for in past 24 hours - 3. All writing jobs. Two at major companies and one at an independent bank, which is probably my best shot of the three, and doesn't necessarily require previous experience in Technical Writing, but will accept related experience.
Phone calls received about jobs - 0.
Days until I start applying for retail - probably 2 or 3...probably about due for a drive to Tukwila anyway.

Oh, and never buy that Yoplait yogurt in a huge tub ever EVER again. So gross. Ewwwwww. German yogurt spoiled me. I cannot eat American yogurt ever again.
One more thing...please find a touchless car wash ASAP.
