Rainy Night at Home
Mar. 13th, 2008 08:34 pm The Jane Austen Book Club is a good movie. Just sayin'. It's been awhile since I read the book, but I don't think the movie deviated from it too much. I could be wrong about that, but I enjoyed both anyway.
The other two movies I got are Becoming Jane (sense a Jane Austen theme here?) and 2 Days In Paris.
Had a dinner of sweet and sour pork and teriyaki chicken with steamed brown rice and an eggroll. Note to self: do not get sweet and sour anything from the grocery store anymore. The teriyaki chicken was good. The sweet and sour pork? Not so much.
For dessert, I got a fortune cookie with a very peculiar fortune that said something about going to the desert for a fun vacation. Oh, and I also had a little bit of my dark chocolate bar from my stash of baking chocolate.
All in all, I have can think of very few better ways to spend a rainy night.
