When we got home from grocery shopping today, there was a message on our machine.

It was Lance's friend, Marshal, calling to let us know that he saw us on television when he watched the Twins - Mariners game on Tuesday night.

I had no idea. Surely some of our local friends here saw it? If so, nobody bothered to tell us.

I am mortified. I hope I didn't look like a total idiot. Lance said the same thing about himself.

I mostly sat there texting my friend on my cellphone or stuffing my face with kettle corn. Neither one makes an attractive television image, I'm afraid. I was the picture of boredom.
