Lowes has the model we wanted, at the same price as Sears, but with a $50 rebate and free installation (also by rebate).
We like this model because you can do half loads...very handy when Lance is TDY and I'm here for a week or two by myself. It takes me ages to fill the dishwasher on my own.
And we like Bosch. We had a Bosch in Germany and it was fantastic. I kind of wanted to stick with GE, since I have this quirk about all the appliances being the same brand, but it really doesn't matter in the whole scheme of things. What's important is having a dishwasher.
So...we'll get it within a week!
Lance is off to Fremont to hang out with his friends and watch football. I was going to go, but our shopping took a bit longer than expected and Reece was crated all day. I don't want her to be crated all evening either. So I opted to stay home, and I made the Ro-Tel/Velveeta dip to eat for my dinner (ate a bit early, but I'll snack later). I'll have leftovers for days, but whatever.
Right now, I'm watching an episode of House Hunters, where they are looking for a home in the northern Seattle suburb of Bothell.
I don't think I'm going to write up a ranty post just now. Maybe on a weeknight. Right now, I'm trying to just chill out and relax. I have a few domestic things going on...laundry going, and I have to clean the kitchen.
The Ohio State game starts in about 15 minutes or so. Honestly...I think we'll be taken out to the woodshed and whipped mercilessly. Even my brother says that, and he's more of a diehard Buckeyes fan than I am.
