I'll say one thing about living here...we have the most amazing sunsets I've ever seen in my life.

And after the cold, clear day we had today, this one was no exception.

Krispie Treats

I have a ton of mini marshmallows in the pantry. The only way I can think to use them is for Rice Krispie treats.

So I have Rice Krispies on my shopping list.

Now the big question...how should I make them? I'm kind of feeling peanut butter and chocolate. Maybe mix some peanut butter with the marshmallows. Add cereal and M&Ms.

The possibilities are endless...
